The New Mexico State Treasurer’s Office produces comprehensive State Treasurer’s Investment Council (STIC) packets on a monthly basis, offering timely financial data and updates within the State Treasurer's Office as a whole. The packets also include investment accounting, cash management and collateral reports, and portfolio summaries.

The New Mexico State Treasurer’s Office (STO) undergoes an annual financial audit conducted by an outside contractor. These audit reports provide information on the accuracy of financial reporting, materiality of errors, misstatements, and opinions based on professional standards and judgement.

The reports also include financial statements and other pertinent information regarding the agency’s operations and accomplishments.

The Local Government Investment Pool (LGIP) is a fund created pursuant to NMSA 1978 6-10-10.1 to allow municipal, city, county, tribal, and quasi-governmental bodies a voluntary investment alternative to receive professional money management on a pooled basis by qualified STO investment portfolio managers.
